(Bushfire Attack Levels) in line with Victoria's building standards since 2009 requesting that minimum requirement of 5 mm toughened glass for high risk areas and tested at A.S. 1530.8. If your home is within an area of high bush fire risk, you are required to comply with current building codes to reflect the C.F.A regulations for building materials including roof windows and skylights. For extra insulation we manufacture 6mm eco pane or low E glass tops into our skylights, solar energy efficient, ie. (6 mm toughened eco pain and 12 mm internal argon gas air gap with a 6.38 mm laminated eco glass on bottom) see diagram below.
